龚亚平，香港科技大学教授。研究兴趣包括：员工创造力、战略人力资源管理、国际化人力资源管理以及中国的组织行为问题研究。在国际学术期刊如Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Human Relations, Journal of World Business, Human Resource Management Journal, Journal of Business Research, and Journal of International Management等期刊上发表过文章。学术研究获得颇多奖项，包括Emerald Citation of Excellence Award, Scholarly Impact Award Finalist, Papers of Excellence in International HRM等。曾任或目前继续担任多家杂志编辑，包括Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Management。
